"DVD-Videos" shall mean optical discs having, as part of their manufacturing, a prerecorded motion picture that is in compliance with the DVD Specifications.

"DVD-Devices" shall mean: (i) desktop and notebook personal computers having an optical drive and software and/or firmware implementing the DVD-Specifications ("DVD-PCs"); (ii) consumer electronic kits for sale to an end user comprising an optical drive and software and/or firmware implementing the DVD-Specifications for an end user to upgrade a personal computer ("DVD-Kits"); (iii) home video game consoles having an optical drive and software and/or firmware implementing the DVD-Specifications ("DVD-Gamers"); (iv) electronic kits comprising an optical drive and software and/or firmware implementing the DVD-Specifications, incorporated into automobiles, trucks, sea crafts, and airplanes, (“DVD-Transports”); and (v) other consumer electronic devices having an optical drive and software and/or firmware implementing the DVD-Specifications, e.g., DVD players, DVD/TVs, DVD/VHS players, and DVD/PVRs ("DVD-Players").
